Volunteers' Week 1st- 7th June 2015
Volunteer's Week celebrates the achievements and dedication of volunteers
We want to show our supporters all the great things our volunteers do!
We'd love you to get involved, here are a few ways in which you can join in!
- Write a blog post about your volunteering experience- this could be what you do in placement, why you like volunteering, what it has done for you...or anything else you would like to write about! If interested you can book a place on our Blogging Workshop run by Smarter Words Thursday 4th June at NewLink Wales
- Create a short video clip
- Like us on Facebook / follow us on Twitter and share with your friends
- Tell us about any fundraising events you have been involved in for NewLink Wales
- Send a photograph of you at your volunteering placement - we are planning a big photo collage- please send in any pictures that we can use for this
We are always looking for new volunteers so if you know anyone that might be interested spread the word! We provide training and opportunities for gaining qualifications. Our service user forum OpenLinks is open to all our volunteers to join - keep an eye on our Facebook page for details and come along!
We're very proud of our volunteers and love to show off what you are all doing!
If you would like more information about getting involved in Volunteer's Week get in touch with Sarah on 02920 529002 or by email and she will be happy to chat to you :-) Please send us your information by Wednesday 27th May.
