How do I log in?
To login in to MyPANEL simply enter your hosting package username in the "username" box and your hosting package password in the "password" box and click "Continue". Providing your details were correct, you'll then be taken to your MyPANEL control panel.

Where do I find my username and password?
Your username and password were emailed to you with your welcome information, when you ordered your hosting package. This information is normally also available within SiteControl, your account manager.

The details i'm entering are correct, but it won't let me in.
Firstly, please check that you are using your package username (normally in the form of a word, or part of your domain) rather than your main customer account username (normally in the form of random letters and numbers).

Secondly, please double check that the details you are entering are correct and that, if you've ever had a password change, you're entering your new password, not your old one.

If you're still not able to login, it could be for a technical reason, so please contact our support team here.

I have lost my username or password.
You'll need to follow the instructions at this page, in order to get them resent to your registered email address.
