Do you believe in supporting people to change their lives? Are you an experienced volunteer worker with knowledge and understanding of substance misuse issues? Are you ready to join a well-established Welsh charity that’s been building futures for people for almost two decades?

If so, then we’d like to meet you.

We’re looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our small but well-established team, working in our Cardiff office. In this role, you’ll be part of the group that provides our innovative service user programmes, including the environmentally-focussed Buzzin project.  You’ll be creating and delivering courses, volunteering opportunities, mentoring and support to service users with a history of substance misuse and other wellbeing challenges.

You’ll also be helping us collate data and report on how we’re doing, in order to make sure we can best demonstrate the impact that we’re having on people’s lives.

It’s a role that requires experience, determination, and the right attitude. If you’re looking for a rewarding challenge, and the chance to make a real difference to the lives of individuals and the communities around them, then follow the links below to find out more.
