The Peer Mentoring Service complements existing treatment, care and support services. Through mentoring support, the Service helps people move on with their lives and allow them to thrive. By helping them re-find their self-reliance, develop new skills, and acquire qualifications, the Service is designed to help people move towards employment and, ultimately, gain economic independence.

We’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Project Manager, with a passion for helping people change their lives, to join the NewLink Wales & Gofal staff who form our Peer Mentoring team.

The post-holder will lead a team to assist the Gofal Head of Employment Services in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of the service and compliance with all European Social Fund requirements. The post holder will take the lead on developing and delivering the service employment outcomes within Cwm Taf.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that's making a genuine and lasting difference to people across Cardiff and Cwm Taf, helping them to develop their skills, find their confidence, and build their futures.

The Service is delivered by a range of providers across Wales, with NewLink Wales and Gofal taking responsibility for delivery across the Cwm Taf and Cardiff and Vale Health Board Areas.
