If it’s still not there, please check that the course isn’t already full. If the course isn’t marked as full, and isn’t in the list above, please get in touch so we can sort that for you.

All bookings with NewLink Wales are subject to the following terms and conditions: To ensure that all participants get the maximum benefit from training courses run by NewLink Wales, we recommended that applicants make sure that they can identify with the course target group and that the content matches their own training needs. If you would like more information about any course before booking, please contact Matt Rafferty, our Senior Workforce Development Officer, who will be happy to answer your questions. Once we receive your booking form you will be sent confirmation of your place and the course joining details, directions etc. You will then be invoiced for the course fee which will include any relevant discounts. Unless we notify you differently, all training will be held at the NewLink Wales offices in Cardiff. A buffet lunch is included in the training fee. Vegetarians are catered for routinely, and if you have any other dietary requirements please note it on the booking form or contact us before the course date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the course start date will require a £40 fee (for fully-funded spaces), or a fee equal to the full course cost (for non-funded places).

If you’re booked on a course, but don’t attend and haven’t made a cancellation, you will also incur the same fee.

If your organisation has two outstanding fees with us, we’ll unfortunately not be able to allow any other staff from your organisation to attend further training until these have been paid.

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations must be made either by telephone or e-mail. Any cancellations made via telephone will also need to be sent via e-mail.
