Supervision Skills

Course Specification/Contents:

This two day course aims to provide participants with the skills to provide both one to one and group supervision.

At the end of the training, the participants should be able to:
1. Describe the relevant supervision models
2. Apply models to their work
3. Demonstrate creative supervision skills
4. Understand the impact of context and culture upon their supervision work

Trainer:

Karen Marsh

Karen has over 10 years experience of providing one to one supervision and facilitating supervision in groups. Karen has extensive experience in the substance misuse field and in her own private practice. Karen is qualified in the Post Graduate Diploma in Supervision.

Statutory organisations £165

A 10% discount will be given on bookings when a completed booking form is received six weeks before the course date. Unfortunately we cannot offer the usual 5% discount to members on top of this.
