Social Behaviour Network Therapy

Course Specification/Contents:

This course aims to introduce the therapy to participants. At the end of two days particiapnts should be able to:

1. Describe the three phases of Social Behaviour Network Therapy (SBNT)
2. Use relevant skills to identify networks
3. Demonstrate sessions focussing on the core topics
4. Describe the elective topics
5. Confidently run SBNT sessions

Trainer:

Karen Marsh

Karen was one of the first therapists in the UK to receive SBNT training 10 years ago. Karen then trained her agency in the therapy. She has provided this therapy to clients in the substance misuse field. This work was videoed and intensively supervised as part of a huge research project carried out by the British Medical Council.
