Black & Minority Ethnic ServicesThe Black and Minority Ethnic Services of NewLink Wales have continued to grow from strength to strength through partnership working with various community projects, voluntary and statutory sectors. The Axis Community Engagement Project is based in Cardiff but also covers the Newport area. The project provides a variety of services to communities - workshops and information sessions, information desks, one-to-one support, anf a volunteering and buddying service. Our BME services have recently expanded and we are now running a BME Youth Project to raise awareness and educate young people from BME communities. Our BME team run very popular Substance Use and Cultural Awareness training which is on ourtraining programme or can be delivered in house to your organisation. We are incredibly grateful to all of our funders who enable these unique services to be possible supporting the diverse communities in each of the areas.
